In this 1-hour virtual class, you will learn self-massage & relaxation techniques to help you melt away stress and tension! We will target key muscles with simple, hands-on techniques for the whole body. You do not need to have any experience or pre-requisite knowledge—just a curiosity to explore and deepen your body awareness! You may find it helpful to have a towel, loose fitting clothing and your favorite oil or lotion on hand.
